Macy’s Store Closing Sale FAIL. Kitchen, Home Decor, & Cooking Shopping. I got a tip that Macy’s is closing a few stores. They were liquidating and everything was on clearance. I was hoping to find some great deals on kitchen items, cooking, and home decor. I was very surprised to see that they raised the prices so high that even after the discount, you would pay more at the “store closing clearance sale” than at the regular store. The worst prices were on the KitchenAid Stand MIxer and the Martha Stewart home and kitchen items. This sale was a big FAIL!
