BONUS RECIPE:
Pumpkin Bread with Pecan Oil
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Grease and flour a 9×5″ loaf pan.
-Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup pecan oil.
-Mix in 1/2 of a 15 oz can of unsweetened pumpkin and 2 eggs, lightly beaten.
-Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves.
-Add dry ingredients to mixture
-Mix in 1/3 cup water.
-Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
